Ingredients

Ingredient	Amount
Pickling cucumbers	15 cups, sliced
Onions	3, thinly sliced
Cider vinegar	2 1/2 cups
Sugar	2 1/2 cups
Turmeric	3/4 tsp
Celery seed	1/2 tsp
Mustard seed	1 tbsp
Pickling salt	1 tbsp

Directions

1. Combine ingredients in a pot
2. Place on low heat
3. Bring almost to a boil but do not allow to boil
4. Seal jars in hot water bath for 10 minutes
