Corn starch	1 1/2 tsp
Salt	1/2 tsp
Butter	3/4 cup	Melted
Light brown sugar	3/4 cup	Packed
Sugar	1/2 cup
Egg	1
Egg yolk	1
Vanilla	2 tsp
Chocolate chips	8 ounces

Directions

1. Melt and cool butter.
2. In a mixing bowl whisk together flour, baking soda, baking powder, corn starch and salt.
3. In a separate bowl whisk together butter, brown sugar, sugar egg and vanilla.
4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients.
5. Incorporate chocolate chips
6. Scoop heaping tablespoons onto cookie sheet
7. Bake at 350
