Hamburger	1 lb
Ground Pork	1 lb
Cumin	T Tb
Garlic Powder	1/2 tsp
Chili Powder	1/2 cup
Apple Cide Vinegar	3/4 cup

Directions

1. In a bowl, combine spices.
2. Mix together meats.
3. Knead spices with meat until combined.
4. Slowly include vinegar while combining the meat with the spices.

Hint! While combining everything together ensure that the temperature on the mixture stays cold. Flatten the mixture on a cookie sheet and place in the freezer for a few minutes to cool.
